Step-by-Step Execution

1. Inquiry Submission

Buyer or supplier submits commodity requirements or availability, including specifications, quantity, desired delivery window and preferred commercial terms.

2. Supplier Verification

We perform KYC, site and document checks, provenance verification and financial screening to validate supplier capability and legal standing.

3. Buyer / Seller Matching

Match product specifications to buyer requirements, propose commercial terms and arrange sample verification or third-party inspection where required.

4. Negotiation & Contracting

Negotiate price, incoterms, quality tolerances, packaging and payment structure. Draft and execute legally binding sales contracts and ancillary agreements (NDAs, offtake, etc.).

5. Logistics & Documentation

Coordinate packaging, freight booking, customs documentation, certificates and insurance to ensure compliant cross-border movement.

6. Delivery & Payment Finalization

Manage inspection, acceptance, release of documents and payment settlement per agreed terms (LC, TT, escrow options), and handle dispute resolution if necessary.

Each step is governed by documented controls and client approvals — our role is to streamline execution, reduce friction and de-risk transactions for both parties.
